BATTERY FITTING

Ø  Before fitting the battery

Ø     Open (-) ve terminal first and  then (+) ve terminals

Ø  Wash terminals & posts with hot water to eliminate deposited oxides ( if  any )

Ø  Use puller wrench at the time of opening terminal from posts. Use spanner for nut & bolt.

Ø  Clean battery tray & clamp by cleaner.

BATTERY FITTING

Ø  Check all the connection properly & tightened as required.

Ø  Check the size to the terminals & replace by appropriate sizes if  necessary.

Ø  Install new battery with appropriate size.

Ø  Fix positive terminals to positive post first & check.

Ø  Use petroleum jelly & cover the post & terminal by plastic cover.

Ø  Don’t cover the battery with rubber sheet to avoid bursting.
